No Show / Cancelation Policy All new guests must reserve their 1st appointment with a credit card number. If less than 24 hr. notice for cancellation or a no show occurs your credit card will be charged the full amount of service. If an existing guest no shows for two appointments, all future appointments will have to be reserved with a Credit Card. If the guest does not cancel an appointment within 24 hours, the full price of the service will be charged. Thank you in advance for understanding.
Late Policy At Serene we pride ourselves on being on time for our scheduled appointments. If a guest is more than 10 minutes late for their appointment, it is at the stylists discretion if they are able to accommodate them.
Spa Package Policy When booking a spa package service we ask that you reserve your appointment with a Credit Card. If you need to cancel, please kindly do so within 24 hours, otherwise you will be charged for 50% of that service. Thank you.
